SURVEY OF INSTALLATIONS (CAD - REVIT)
The survey of installations and/or systems, as well as the graphic registration of the information obtained, drawings in AutoCAD and/or Revit, required as a basis to support expansion projects, improvements or creation of technical memory of installations and/or systems.
Inspection of works, equipment and systems
Multidisciplinary inspection (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) of constructions, plants and systems, applying the expertise and comprehensive services of our team. Maintaining on behalf of our clients, leadership and technical representation on site.
BIM Management
- BIM Project Consulting: Preparation of execution plan (BEP), Preparation of protocols, Evaluation of requirements in contracting and bidding.
- BIM Models: Generation of models of the different specialties of the project, Development of BIM As Built model.
- BIM Coordination | Interference Review, Information Verification, Quality Control and audits of geometric and non-geometric data.
- BIM Management | Administration of the work through the BIM model, Follow-up and guidance on the BIM model to the actors involved in the execution of the work.
TOPOGRAPHY, GEODESY AND PHOTOGRAMMETRY
- Topographic surveys (Planimetry and Levels) of land in general (urban, rural, cadastral, construction).
- Bathymetric studies (fluvial and maritime).
- Stakeout of works (buildings, various civil works, pipelines, among others).
- Progress and Stock of materials cubing.
- Volume control (cubing) for the construction and mining sector.
- Elaboration of topographical plans.
- Subdivisions and lot designs.
- Establishment of geodetic control points and link to the National Geocentric Geodetic Network.
- Photogrammetry by obtaining aerial data using drones (UAV, Unmanned Aerial Vehicle or RPA, Remotely Piloted Aircraft).
- Digital modeling and 3D printing. With the implementation of aerial photogrammetric flights in 3D, a three-dimensional design is made, creating the rendering of the objects to be printed with 3D printers with biodegradable materials such as filament (PLA) polylactic acid.
- Generation of maps in Cartography with images collected by Drones.
